Atwater Brewery was born from a simple belief: great beer shouldn't require a trip downtown. We set up our brewhouse in the heart of Romulus so our neighbors could taste something made with care — right in their own backyard.
Every batch starts with the same ingredients our brewers swear by: clean water, quality malt, aromatic hops, and a whole lot of patience. We brew small, taste often, and never rush a good lager.

Flynn Drive Pale Ale
Session · 4.8% ABV
A bright, approachable pale ale with citrusy hop character and a clean, biscuity finish. Our most popular pour — and for good reason.
Midnight Romulus Stout
Imperial · 7.2% ABV
Bold and velvety with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and a whisper of vanilla. Best sipped slowly on a cool evening.
Summit Ridge Lager
Czech · 4.5% ABV
A razor-sharp pilsner-style lager with a delicate hop bite and a dry, refreshing finish. The perfect summer pour.
Amber Sky Wheat
American Wheat · 5.0% ABV
Silky wheat malt meets a gentle hop aroma — light, breezy, and impossibly drinkable. A warm-day essential.
Baker's Brown Porter
Robust · 5.8% ABV
Toasted caramel and roasted barley meet a surprisingly smooth body. Named after a local tradition — brewed with love.
Seasonal — Wildflower Saison
Saison · 5.5% ABV
Our rotating seasonal — currently a floral, peppery saison brewed with local honey. Changes with the seasons; unforgettable every time.
